FIF has scheduled a joint call for the Back Office Committee and the Fixed Income Regulations Working Group for Wednesday June 3 at 1 pm ET to discuss applicability of the trade submission requirement to various Treasury clearing workflows, including RVP/DVP, Trade Away and Step Out transactions.

CAT Monthly Update Working Group Call

The CAT Monthly Update Working Group call for June will be on Thursday June 4 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will review guidance and updates from CAT LLC and FINRA CAT during the prior month. The Working Group will also review the current areas of focus for FIF members and the current open issues relating to CAT reporting.

TRACE / RTRS Working Group

The TRACE / RTRS Working Group will have its next call on Tuesday May 26 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of a draft FIF comment letter in response to the FINRA rule filing to expand the TRACE affiliate indicator to apply to trades with member affiliates. Working Group members will also provide an update to the full Working Group on a May 12 FIF member call with SEC staff members relating to direct reporting of munis.
