The Data & Technology Committee will have its next call on Monday November 24 at 3 pm ET. The spotlight presentation will be on the Cboe Futures Exchange Launch of Continuous Futures on Bitcoin and Ethereum. We will also cover our normal monthly Market Data Capacity Reports, summarize exchange and SIP technical notices and updates, and review recent or upcoming regulations that impact market data.

Rule 605 Working Group

The next call for the Rule 605 Working Group will be on Monday December 1 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of open interpretive questions relating to implementation of the Rule 605 amendments, including reporting for different order types and orders with different characteristics.

FIF has scheduled a call for the SLATE Working Group for Wednesday December 3 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will continue its discussion of issues relating to SLATE implementation to raise with the SEC and FINRA.
