Tax Information Reporting Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the Tax Information Reporting Working Group for Tuesday June 24 at 3 pm ET. Representatives from Wolters Kluwer will discuss the reporting of crypto ETFs relative to Form 1099-DA.

Data & Technology Committee

The Data & Technology Committee will have its next call on Wednesday June 25 at 10 am ET to review capacity, latency and volume data for the prior month for the equity, options, currency, crypto and futures markets. The spotlight presenters will be Mike Collazo and Joe Gostomski from SIAC and Rob Vilardo from UTP, who will discuss implementation of the SEC-mandated change for round lot reporting.

CAT PII and CAIS

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the CAT CAIS and CAT Transaction Reporting Working Groups for Wednesday June 25 at 11 am ET. The Working Groups will continue their discussion of the removal of PII from CAT.

CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the CAT Transaction Reporting Working Group for Wednesday June 25 at 2 pm ET. The Working Group will discuss fill-or-kill orders, recent updates to the CAT technical documentation, and potential amendments to Rule 613 and the CAT NMS Plan.

EBS Working Group

FIF has scheduled a call for the EBS (Electronic Blue Sheets) Working Group for Thursday June 26 at 11 am ET. The Working Group will review the first draft of an FIF comment letter in response to the request for comment by the SEC on the extension of EBS reporting.
