FIF has scheduled a call for the Equity Market Regulations Working Group for Tuesday August 25 at 1 pm ET to continue the discussion of FINRA Regulatory Notice 26-15 on modernizing FINRA’s best execution guidance.

The Data & Technology Committee will have its next call on Wednesday August 26 at 10 am ET to review capacity, latency and volume data for the prior month for the equity, options, currency, crypto and futures markets.

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the CAT Transaction Reporting and CAT Reference Database Working Groups for Wednesday August 26 at 2 pm ET. The Working Groups will discuss a revised draft FIF letter to CAT LLC, FINRA and FINRA CAT relating to changes to reporting of the tradingSession field in connection with the planned expansion of exchange trading hours.

FIF has scheduled a joint call for the Rule 605 and 606 Working Groups for Monday August 31 at 2 pm ET. The Working Groups will discuss issues and questions from FIF members relating to the recently-implemented amendments to Rule 605.
